I am a registered homoeopath, craniosacral therapist and doula (birth support). I graduated from The College of Homoeopathy in 1996 where my studies included anatomy & physiology together with homoeopathic principles and remedies.
Having been a member of the local National Childbirth Trust during my own pregnancies, I began giving talks to local groups and built my practice treating families.
I then trained as a doula with Millennium Doulas UK, supporting women through labour. I added Craniosacral Therapy to my skills, training at CTET in London. A Bio-dynamic two year course.
As a doula, I offer both homoeopathy and craniosacral therapy during labor.
I am registered with the Society of Homoeopaths (RSHom) and The Craniosacral Therapy Association UK (RCST).
My practice extends from Bury St Edmunds to Colchester and North London. Home visits can be arranged and invoices prepared for health insurance with Simply Health. Discounts are available for NCT members, please ask when booking. |

My involvement with the ladies pamper evenings began in 2010 when I was asked if I would like to join other therapists from The Self Centre in Bury St Edmunds and offer my taster sessions. This was my first ‘Pimms n Pamper’ evening at Risby Community centre. More followed….
Risby Pre-School Pimms and Pamper Evening. Friday 6th May, Risby Village Hall.
The Crafty Crones Fayre, hosted an afternoon mind, body and spirit event ,which took place in Latchington village, a central location on the Dengie Peninsula, a small corner of the Essex Coastline.
This then led to a radio broadcast on a local community radio show called Healing Ways on Saint FM 94.7 co-hosted by Sheena Cundy. www.saintfm.org.uk
Alive 2010 @ Great Dunmow Leisure Centre Arts Lifestyle Indulgence Vitality Experiences It's all about choice…………
